About me

I have over 15 years experience working with adults, young people and families.

I work integratively, which means using approaches and techniques that are tailored for your needs.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

I hold a BACP accredited post graduate diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I hold a BA Hons in Psycho Social Studies.

I continue to develop my professional skills and qualifications, through CPD workshops and seminars. I see this fundamental in my ongoing personal development.
